Was very happy with my stay at the Sheraton Dallas. Easy check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The hotel gym is probably the best I’ve ever seen. It’s equivalent to a private gym.

He hotel gym was phenomenal. One of the best gyms I have been to at a hotel. The hotel bathroom was on the small side and is not convenient for two people to use to get ready. The only other feedback to share is: ~ We asked for early check in at 11am, which was $50 extra. Not the worst. - There was also an extra $29 resort fee per day that we were charged at checkout. - We were also told we had a $20 per day credit to use at the restaurants. When I asked how it worked they told me that it will be credited on our hotel bill when we list the room #. However, this did not happen and when I asked, the same person I checked in with said he didn’t see any transactions showing we are at the restaurant. I offered to show my credit card app, but he said that will not work. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have the hotel clearly communicate how these options/fees work.

The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan.
