"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

"Unfortunately the bathroom shower was really bad. Impossible to turn it on and adjust temp without getting soaked outside the tub . Water sprayed the floor and whole shower experience was average . Bed comfy but pillows lumpy ."

"Stayed here whilst attending an exhibition at the NEC, located within 5 minutes from the NEC and train station and lots of parking spaces. Staff were so friendly and attentive and the room was lovely, spacious and very clean! Would 100% stay here again."

"The hotel has certainly gone downhill and rooms feel like they need a really good clean or refit. Carpets in both the communal areas and in the rooms are stained. Mattress was like a brick and towels like cardboard. Queues at the bar and sullen bar staff. Have stayed a few times pre and post flights but won't return again."

"I stayed here for one night before an early morning flight, and unfortunately it was disappointing. The room felt more like a portacabin than a hotel room. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the overall build quality felt very cheap and plasticky. Even basic amenities were lacking; there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and you have to go to another floor if you want a hot drink, which is inconvenient. "Upon arrival, we had to pay £7 per day for parking, then the man who owned the hotel asked us which breakfast we were paying for until I explained that you had already booked us a continental breakfast within the cost of the room. The dining room was dark, dingy and very outdated and dirty with cobwebs everywhere. I got to my room and couldn't open the windows as there were smelly wheely bins outside of the window. The room was the smallest one in the hotel, it wasn't clean, the skirting boards...
