Amazing experience, the staff members were super kind and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is a short walk away from the NEC and very easy to locate. The car park is right in front of the hotel and there was plenty of space available. The breakfast was really good, everything tasted delicious! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. They could not do enough for us and made our stay pleasant snd drama free. The room had every amenity we could need and was super clean. Stayed here whilst attending an exhibition at the NEC, located within 5 minutes from the NEC and train station and lots of parking spaces. Staff were so friendly and attentive and the room was lovely, spacious and very clean! Would 100% stay here again.

Our third stay in the past 12 months - our favourite hotel for the NEC. Always plenty of parking, great breakfast and clean rooms. A special mention must go to Helen who is helpful and friendly beyond words. Thank you all for another great stay!

The hotel and all the staff were wonderful. My flight arrived early and they graciously checked me in early so I could get settled comfortably. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The room was clean. Whatever requests I had, were quickly accommodated. Thank you everyone!

The air con was great but the beds were a bit hard although that is a personal preference. The staff were very friendly but I did ask three different members if I had to put my car registration in on both days and was told no by all three only to then be told yes by the fourth member of staff when I checked out so am a bit worried in case I get a parking ticket. I did feel that it was very expensive and there was something vile on the tap that I had to clean off myself before using. It was very quiet which was good.

We had a great stay here on a busy weekend with lots of guests because of an event at the NEC! Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, our room was wonderful and we were very thankful for the AC! Great location for walking to the NEC, and very quiet away from the main thoroughfare

Since the upgrade from the IBIS, the rooms and bar/restaurant area are a lot nicer. Sadly the food hasn’t changed and is still very poor. Microwave meals.

The room was very clean although perhaps small for 3 adults. Reception staff were very helpful. Our room had been made up for 2 people despite the booking being for 3 but staff offered to change the room (which we declined) and within minutes the bedding we needed had been brought to the room. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced to say we were a captive audience and breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. All in all we would definitely stay again.
