"Lovely clean comfortable bed and bedding and towels. Bathroom had mould on tile grouting in showe/bath, part of the skirting board had fallen off. Needs secondary double glazing on old sash window, very drafty and would help with noise reduction from road. Room cold untill I found out the radiator was turned off on its valve, luckly I managed to be able to turn it back on even though its valve was stiff. Cobwebs on ceiling by light above bed. Room needs a good deep clean and paintwork need re doing. But it was a good location. Parking was good and a suitable for my needs. But furnishing and decorating not ip to the Travelodge I stayed in a month ago. I would use again but hope to see some improvements. Not a moan but I hope it is seen as constructive coments. You did ask for them. Room 20 in the annex across the road from the main hotel. "

"Fantastic stay with excellent spa and inclusive minibar was great. Lots to do on site. Vietnamese restaurant was also wonderful. Very convenient parking included too. "

"The room I was given,was not ready and not cleaned by the previous occupant. It was bit of inconvenience having to go back to checking desk and ask for a different room. In the bathroom, one of the lightbulbs was out. I couldn't see the hairdryer, apparently it was in the wardrobe,in a bag... Gym facilities - 1 broken running machine and rower. For such a big hotel it really is a shame to have such small gym with one barbell! The staff in the gym not very helpful, I had no idea where to go, and the lockers with a tap pad ,no instructions how to use it. Once given instructions,still the lockers are very temperamental, in the end I couldn't use it. I locked about 3 but couldn't unlock them at all. Glad I didn't put my stuff inside. Wanted to eat at the restaurant,but was told it's fully booked, again very disappointed having to be turn down, and had to eat in a very noisy bar area. Overall not worth the price."

"It was adequate for an evening and bed and breakfast. If we had longer a hotel with more amenities and options would have suited us better. "

"Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb. Staff at desk admit to poor safety compliance and apologised but manager was dismissive and unhelpful and offered no apology. No once. I’m not at all a health and safety nut but between this incident and the fact that dishes are left outside rooms for 24 hours and strange smells I wouldn’t be going back in a hurry "

"Excellent choice and value for money. Only downside, breakfast was cold. Cold beans. Cold bacon. Slightly warm sausage. My friend had other options and they too were cold or just room temperature. Cannot fault the staff, the room or anything else. "

"Ideal being near to the airport but we thought a compulsory 5% added to bill for food and drink was not good. I do tip but with good service if I get poor service I don’t and being obligated was a no no."
