"Stayed on 2nd floor and had a massive water leak from the 3rd floor to my bathroom. Also manager was not professional and helpful at all. Horrible customer service from his end. and i would never stay there again. Many guest complained of several issues, in which they also weren’t happy, Example shorts on light switched, clogged shower and sinks. and many more."

"I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

"Easy check in and out. The rooms are ok, could be updated on certain things but are bug free. Didnt free any of the free breakfast. We went to the honey berry cafe next door that is absolutely great."

"At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up."

"The building we stayed in was being completely redone. New paint, carpet in the hallway, and new flooring in the rooms. The lobby breakfast sitting area could use some more work however breakfast was pretty good."

"Upon arrival, the front desk lady was so generous and attentive to our questions. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the last two times the tub was not working, so I asked if it was working this time. I give her an excellent rating for customer service. The housekeeping staff is amazing and hardworking, and the amenities are wonderful. Maintenance was also very attentive and helped us with our TV, which we truly appreciated. The only problem with my stay was on Saturday when we went...
