"Stayed 2 nights in the Wizards Chamber with my family of 5, the beds were so comfortable and no noise at night, it felt like the room was sound proof (it really helped us with our jet lag from CA), breakfast was great, staff was so so nice The only thing I could say negative is that the room for my family of 5 was a bit small but nothing that we couldn't manage, and that doesn’t change the fact that we would defiantly stay here again. (Again this is for the Wizards Chamber room)"

"Great place if you're going to be out all day and just want a bed and bathroom in a central area. The tube station is directly opposite so it's very central and well connected. Definitely make sure what you're booking meets your needs. But it's very clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. "

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."
