Great location to most of the city’s major attractions. We walked everywhere, food was everywhere! The hotel had great amenities. There was a spa and tea in a garden and more. I was very happy with everything. I highly recommend. I will definitely return in the future. "

"This by far was the cherry on top! The room was gorgeous, overlooking the Royal Mews. An anniversary dessert was waiting in our room. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the doorman to the server in the dining room everyone made service their goal! The only negative thing I could say is that hallway noise could be heard in the room. Even so, I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London."

"This was not the hotel for me. Kind staff. Friendly for the most part. But this hotel is basic, basic, basic. The lobby is not warm and welcoming. It’s got a hostel feel to it. My room was on the ground floor through a little door by the bar. Navigating with luggage was hard. When checking out I had to run a gauntlet of vacuums, wires, mops, chairs and a couple of folks trying to just eat. The room is tiny. I get the concept but this hotel didn’t do it for me.
