"We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional."

"Building in a nice, convenient location. Family-friendly, but also fun and enjoyable for adults-only. Pretty scenery. However, we reserved a bay room and were put in a room without a bay view, the toilet was broken, and a stranger's mucus was left in the sink. When you flushed the toilet, it all went into the floor. We weren't given the room number at check-in or sufficient instructions for much of anything. Also, there was no wifi, which we specifically booked for because it was a work trip. I...

"The Hilton suites model is awesome and i will def be looking for them when i travel. Large fridge that’s actually cold, plenty of space, dividing curtain for when you are traveling with others. Everything looked new. Super friendly staff: front desk, manager, waitstaff, cleaning staff, maintenance guy….everyone seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Good location and good value. Highly recommend…"

"We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. "The Henderson exceeded our expectations for our baby-moon. The amenities (water/ice, coffee & tea) available on each floor, free bike rentals, etc. were so convenient. Our room was ready early the day we checked in and was spacious. We also loved the adult pool for a change some days. The rooftop bar is a must!"

"The positives is that it is not far from everything and breakfast is included. The negatives are the rooms aren’t clean. Even when asked to change our bedding because there were stains (from before we checked in), it look like they just flipped the sheets and made the bed up again with the same ones. The cleanliness of our room was the biggest issue."
