"My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. "The building we were in was very poorly lit outside and difficult to find. They called that building condos and it was far from a condo so very deceiving. You were left with the impression not to dirty anything. There was a sign by elevators that said “these rooms are condos NOT a hotel”. I didn’t book a condo I booked a hotel. Very deceiving description on the reservation page. Had to take our own trash out too. The building needs a lot of updates for the price they charge. A serious...

"stayed there with my family for one day and one night. The staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Breakfast was not a buffet; you could only choose one item from the cart, and anything else had to be paid for. They also charged an 18% service fee. One of the beds was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were very old, worn out, and wrinkled—I had to call room service twice to get them replaced."

"Everything was good rooms were a little small but good room was very cleaned and well maintained. Carpet could be cleaned better or removed al together I just don’t like carpet but the overall stay was good. Has your basic breakfast also. It was quiet, beds were comfortable and air blew great. "

"The office personnel does not know what they are doing , had to leave for a family emergency a they would not refund one of the nights . The female desk worker is very rude , no water pressure in the room, dogs barking , this is not a good place to stay ! Stay away from this hotel! "

"nice area, nice rooms, all amenities were provided and the pool was pretty warm even thought it was in the 50s when we stayed so that was a plus. The area is also pretty nice theres a lot of stuff to do in walking distance and I didnt feel like i needed anything I didnt have "
