"My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. "The hotel and property was nice and clean. I did not ask for a handicap room but was given one. The lady that checked me in was very nice. I arrived early and they allowed me to use the pool as I waited for a room to become avaliable."

"The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. "

"The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. "

"It’s 2400 acres of a resort with a tram almost every 20 mins from several spots throughout. They keep you sorted in every weather and with any vibe from relaxing to sporty to good fun! "

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the water pressure in the shower was quite low. With a bit more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, the experience would be even better."

"Moldy wet room and linens. The rug was disgusting. The guest pool was closed on Saturday. This is a hassle and they won’t admit the property and service are subpar."

"The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!!"

"This hotel was conveniently located, but I was not at all pleased with the property. The hotel lacked cleanliness all around. I felt like it was below standard. The room that was assigned to is was not cleaned upon check-in and when I asked for another, that one wasn’t much better. We were only staying there one night, so we just stuck it out. I would not stay at this property again."
