"Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite. Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers!
