DISAPPOINTED STAY!
Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite.
Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers!
The Accor Hotels corporate video shows welcoming drinks for all hotel guest, but none was served.
Entered the bedroom. Air-conditioning wasn't cold. Room air-con remained the same till check out - HOT! Air-con was noisy. Shower room water controller didn't have different blue or red color to differentiate the cold or hot water. Called reception to ask and was inform to wait 10 mins before hot water comes on. The bathtub shower feature malfunctioned too. Couldn't enjoy my bath!
Requested for late check out when check in. They informed latest check out is 1pm. On actual day, they requested to check out at 12noon instead. When I told them what I was informed check out is at 1pm, they say you will have to pay charges. Only after raising my voice, they agreed on 1pm. Very poor on Customer orientation.
I really had high expectation on their customer services and hotel condition with the price I was charged for the room. Unfortunately, I had high DISAPPOINTMENT! Couldn't believe this is the Accor Hotels standard!
