"We booked an executive room for my dad and I. The exec lounge and breakfast option is fantastic. Our first room did not meet our needs or expectations- it had a strong mould smell and poor shower. Upon speaking to management we were moved to room 1610 which was fantastic. Our room was well looked after had all the amenities you would need and the daily breakfast was great. All the staff was super attentive and really tried to help us be comfortable throughout our stay. Pros- location is great- easy for grabs and easy access to Bukit Bintang main area without all the mess. Executive breakfast is great. Great overhead shower. Amazing attentive staff. Great internet. Cons- some rooms older and maybe due for updating soon. Tv channels are very limited and tiny baby tvs! We’ve been to Malaysia 22 times and this is going to be my new go to KL hotel. For the price point and location you won’t get better."
