It was very easy to book accommodation, find it and park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. To my surprise the room was quiet. Free parking close to the room. Departure was very simple - just leave the key inside and close the door.

The POSITIVE points: Reasonable price for a basic room. OK linens, aircon and kettle and few packets of coffee, tea and milk. Restaurant and bottle shop next door. The staff at the bottle shop / check in is friendly. Good location, quiet, easy to find and has a very large carpark. A short drive to the beaches and shopping centre. The NEGATIVE points: The room is a bit small, but has an outdoor sitting area at the back of the room. The toilet, shower and vanity are outdated, mouldy, paint peeling and flaky, odours linger, the dark carpet feels dirty, and doors are tight and needs to be pushed hard. The booking site indicates daily housekeeping but there was none despite our request for housekeeping on day 2. So I had to ask for replacement towels when we got back. Towels have a smell of kitchen and body odour. Maybe for this price, I'd be unreasonable to expect a pristine place but they should be honest in their ad that daily housekeeping isn't included and they should wash, dry and deodoriser their towels better.

Budget but clean and tidy.

The trip was for a 30yr reunion in the area. The Hotel services were amazing, bistro, bar and drive thru cellar. The room is typical pub stay but it was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, shower fine. Great for a few nights.
Surprisingly spacious for a pub stay.

Nice budget lodging. Room was fairly spacious, and bed was comfortable. Road noise was a problem, so bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
