Western Tokyo Business Hotels

Love that super zen feeling of the hotel. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely a superb 5 star experience.

The hotel lobby is undergoing major renovations, but aside from that, we had a pleasant stay at this excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, well-renovated, and reasonably sized. The hotel is conveniently located near two different subway stations and just one stop from the heart of Shinjuku.

I stayed one night with valuable experience before departure. The receptionist are professional and kindness. I would stay again if I visit Japan next time.

Room is spotless. Great amenities and excellent customer service

Firstly, we arrived late and when we reached the hotel, we were greeted warmly. We were taken to our room at the top floor and the hotel staff greeted us so warmly. We have a awesome view oversea Tokyo and we could even see Mt. Fuji from our hotel. The bed is so comfortable and we refuse to get up early. :) The room is spacious with a wardrobe room and the toilet is has a long bathtub where you can soak and watch TV as well. All the staff are so polite and we always greeted with warm...

There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...
