"Good hotel. Small rooms but that was expected. Public bath was nice because shower in room is small. Within 1 min from family mart and Nishi Shinjuku station."

"The hotel is in a very central and busy location, so busy that I ended up going the long way round from the station to avoid the busy main road where hundreds of people are crossing. The room itself was lovely and freshly renovated, very compact though. Due to renovations 3 of 5 washing machines were not available during my stay and the other 2 were constantly in use so that I was not able to do my laundry which was inconvenient. "I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller and it was great. It was about an hour long train journey from Haneda airport. A 2 minute walk to Hatagaya station and overall a convenient location for transit (~15 mins to Shinjuku Staion). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast consisted of toast, soup, coffee, and orange juice. But there were other options nearby (local cafe and a McDonald's 2 mins away). I would definitely recommend to others."

"Nice hotel, well located, but breakfast was poor. Hotel patrons are offered cold cereal and some frozen items to take to their room for heating up in the microwave. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all. Thank goodness for the amenities in the neighbourhood. Local Denny’s offers a decent breakfast. "
