"We’d never stayed in a Moxy hotel before but we’re really impressed. It might be on a main road but the hotel is quiet in the rooms and they’re clean. We didn’t have breakfast as we had to go but we had late night pizza and nachos and they were lush. The staff were all friendly and helpful too. Will definitely stay at a Moxy hotel again."

"Breakfast was encyclopedic! Everything you could want was available: hot and cold, cereals, fruit, yogurt, humus, cheese and cold cuts and much much more. "

"Great location for exploring Bristol and if you’re planning day trips, as the bus station and train station are easily walkable. Staff were very friendly, though I did have to ask for something a couple of days in a row. The breakfast area looks very inviting. My room was a fair size but a little on the scruffy side - possibly due to damp, as the extractor fan isn’t great and the windows don’t open much, so lots of condensation. WiFi was terrible, ending up using all my data - as the connection constantly dropped out. Bed was comfy but I’d recommend a pair of ear plugs for the thin walls. Overall a positive stay and I would stay again despite these issues."

"The room was clean, and the staff were good, the location is central and parking on site. The only downside was the breakfast waiter who was slow, non-present and had to be asked repeatedly to clean up and eventually I spotted him wiping his face with the cloth he was using to clean the tables."

"Check in was prompt, and the staff were friendly and professional. Room was nice, had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and tea/coffee. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location near a shopping centre and about 15 minutes walk to the old town and with the benefit of free parking.The room was a good size with a wardrobe a set of quite big drawers all the staff were very helpful and friendly . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends."
