"Stayed here for 1 night as a birthday celebration for my husband. We were treated very well to complimentary champagne and sweets which was a lovely surprise. Superior room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was lovely with a great choice of options for all dietary requirements. Will stay at a Leonardo again. "

"We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening. The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well. "The staff were especially kind and very helpful for anything we needed! We stayed in the camper on top of their roof. It was a fun and easily accessible place and we would recommend it to everyone! The breakfast was very good and freshly made!"

"From start to finish the service was excellent. Lovely room refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and a large comfortable bed. Would definitely use this hotel again. Special mention for Stuart on the front desk who i spoke to the day before on the phone explaining my wife had a broken foot and could we check in a little earlier. He arranged the early check in and when i turned up he was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. He is a credit to the hotel. "
