"This hotel is as described and is recently refurbished, clean and well located for mid-town. Coffee and croissants are a bonus too. It’s a great place if you need a good base from which to explore NY. But be aware that the rooms are tiny so if you’re looking to spend a lot of time in your room, you’ll need to spend more money on somewhere larger."

"The room and bathroom were very small but the hotel itself was nice and clean. Omar was great! Very helpful with our bags. So was the lady that checked us in upon arrival. The only bad encounter I had was with one of the housekeepers. I’ve never had any hotel staff speak so rude to me. She was mad because we weren’t out of the room yet when she came to clean. I tried to tell her she could go in and start since my boyfriend was just brushing his teeth before we left but she rolled her eyes and...

"On a positive note, the front desk staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. The concierge was equally kind and attentive. The lobby was extremely clean, complimentary juice was available, and the bar and restaurant were very nice. Their professionalism was the highlight of my stay.
Unfortunately, my experience in Room 207 was disappointing regarding rest, comfort, and privacy. Constant noise from other guests made sleeping difficult, but housekeeping was especially...

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"The rooms are a bit aged and due for a renovation in my opinion.
Our bigger issue: we were booked right next to the elevator, and it was very noisy. It made it hard to sleep. When I asked about changing rooms, the response was disappointing - I was told some people have complained in the past but others are okay with it, as justification for not moving us (there were only upgrades available which they were trying to charge me for).
After speaking with a manager, they ultimately made it right,...
