"Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. The decor and furniture enhanced the room giving plenty of space to put our clothes and personal effects. Food was very good, we had a three course dinner and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also very good with a good and varied choice on the menu. Toast was available on request served with butter and preserves. If you wanted anything not on the menu then you could ask. We would recommend staying here and we would return should we be in the area again. We enjoyed our three night stay."

"À really good option if you need to stay over before a flight - the rooms are a bit tired but reasonably spacious, the pool/spa facilities are a good way to kill some time in the evening, you can’t hear the planes from indoors and it’s a 3 minute walk from the terminal. Beware that check in lines can be really long and there are no porters or luggage trolleys, which is frustrating when you’re shepherding lots of bags and children. Also be ready to pay at the bar/restaurant as they won’t charge anything to your room."

"The hotel was spotless, the reception staff especially Alice (hopefully that's correct) were amazing, as were the rest of the staff we encountered. Breakfast was great and fresh and the cooked options were not greasy as we find quite often in other hotels. The room was great, quiet and clean. We would have given 5 stars but unfortunately even though everything else about this hotel was perfect, the bed and the pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep, the pillows felt like they were full of small pieces of foam and the mattress wasn't much better."
