"Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so...

"From the time we arrived until we left we had the very best of times. Clean room, great staff, Kieran, Johnny and Summer were awesome. And overall the food was absolutely delicious.. from breakfast through to and including the Sunday toast with delicious cauliflower cheese!! Highly recommended "

"Place very dated, should be classed as a Motel, very basic, room cleaned and towels changed once in 7 days, had to change rooms after the 1st day, as electrical heater not operating and kettle faulty, unable to open curtains as viewed by car park."

"Room was nice but in need of update, bed base was ripped and cushions were stale and in need of a wash. It was good to have a fully stocked fridge Bathroom was lovely and a good size. Breakfast was good but disappointing to have to pay for fresh coffee. The coffee in the table flasks was not the best. Overall hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times but could do with a few tweaks here and there."

"We stayed in this property for 5 days (December 11 to 16). On checking out, we asked for the total fee for our parking our vehicle for the 5 nights. We were told it costs £8 a night and to pay using the machine at the gate. We did. We paid £40 for the 5 nights. We got home, and received a £60 "fine" for parking at this hotel, even though we paid, we have the receipt and it shows in our credit card. We got another £60 admin fee charged by our car rental company to our card for this same...

"The room was beautiful so cosy spotlessly clean bathroom amazing bed very comfortable room was bright and airy location beautiful idlic views and last but not least staff were very friendly always smiling and so polite "

"Only challenge was lack of hanging space in the single bedroom. The tv in the double bedroom takes up a lot of floor space unnecessarily "

"Clean room though may be small in size with the unnecessary extra bed occupying the space. The staff was helpful but was surprised to see that not all the rooms had IRONs which is standard in US. "
