"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal.
The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine.
The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared...

"Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice "
