"Overall good experience. Room interior was good. But it was a king superior which while the room was a good space when you opened the window we looked directly at a restaurant vent (assume) and the other window beside it was a bird crap covered structure that had about t years of dirt on it. I'm not asking for a view of the palace when the word superior is used in the description but that was the most disheartening experience of a room I've ever had. It should be a closet. "

"The rooms were lovely and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including good tea and coffee facilities. The spa area was fantastic — although the pool was on the smaller side, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We both had back massages, which were absolutely worth it, and there’s a really relaxing space to unwind in afterwards. The gym is compact but has all the essential equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions. We also dined in the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The bar area was great too — a really nice place to relax in the evening."

"Great location, great price, it was perfect for what I needed. Clean, spacious and welcoming. Is the hotel in need of a refurb? Yes. Did it bother me? Not at all. I’d use it again 100% staff all very polite and helpful "

"On arrival we were allocated a room and the tv didn’t work. The guy on reception moved us to room 103 and we had no pillows and the bed stunk. There was a hole in the back of the door and the decor through out the hotel was poor. My wife slept in her clothing as it felt like there were bugs in the filthy mattress. This place is to be avoided at all costs. "
