"The check in was easy, but if you take your own car, finding a park to check in is tricky. Parking was easy and cheap. You have a tram stop right near the hotel, so really easy to get to St Kilda or the city. Is close to the the metro system, so will be easier to get around the city. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, lovely room."

"Especially, clean crisp white sheets, towels all prestine. What really stood out was the courteous service from the front desk. Ask for a different room, than initially given, because of mobility issues. Courteously adjusted. Just a note, some of the rooms are located in an area that require manuvering stairs. Finally location, abosolutely the best, link rail, etc. Great value for the money, this coming from a hotel snob."
