"Internet was ok but not the fastest. The rooms were well appointed but things missing in kitchen that it needed, like egg flip, peeler, serving spoons, teaspoons. The bathroom needed facewashers. Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up....

"Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water so was very successful at cleaning the BBQ dishes."

"Dirty bathroom floor. It was black when I wiped it. Bedside tables covered in dust so thick you can draw happy faces. Light not working above the bed. Kitchen floor sticky and dirty. Hasn’t been washed in a long time. Dirty bathroom door on the Inside, yellow and yucky. Dusty and very dirty around and behind the toilet. Never replied to our messages which were sent a week before our arrival. Expedia states that check in is till 10pm. At 7 pm there was no one there. Very disappointed "
