"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms.
One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Quest St Kilda for two weeks. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean.
However, my stay was frustrating due to a lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service. I specifically booked my room type so that I would have in-room laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the dryer was broken. I reported this to the front desk on three or four separate occasions, but despite reassurances each time, nothing was done to...

"I really enjoyed my recent stay at Quest-Maribyrnong. The serviced apartment was very clean and had everything I needed including a fully equipped kitchen and an in room washer and dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable and with the blackout drapes, quietness of the apartment I was able to sleep exceptionally well. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the Highpoint Shopping Centre!
I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning."
