Ballymena Hotels with Bars / Lounges

"Service was excellent as was the bar. We were there July 11 and 12 and still felt safe and the parade went right by the hotel. Hotel staff did their best to book last minute Black Taxi tour despite it being late afternoon on the 11th. "

"Hotel was in a nice location with a secure parking. Rooms were nice and clean. Sheets were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, as well. "

"Beds could be more comfortable but that’s a preference. Excellent central location and parking was handy tho slightly expensive compared to what we are used to but that’s Belfast prices not the hotels fault. Rooms were lovely and clean tho tv only had four channels which was disappointing as we had a child with us "

"Lovely hotel in a convenient place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but it suited us well for our stay to just forget the car in a safe place. I could be really picky about tiny details like the stupid position of the soap over the bath and the height of the shaving mirror but generally it is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner. "

"It was fantastic 2 nights . I proposed to my lady in a lovely romantic place, couldn’t be better . Didn’t get much as gift from them but the place is just amazing . We love it and planned to go there once a year.. Didn’t have £ to give tips esp the valet but he was a nice guy .. next time "

"The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The is not parking available on site but there is a parking garage directly across the street. I would stay there again."

"Tony was wonderful. As manager he was able to fix small and large situations. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respected by his staff, which says a lot. They look up to him. I didn't say anything but the Belfast Hilton mattresses are a big problem for those who keep their weight in check. It isn't noticeable when looking at them but I, at 103 lbs was sleeping in a trench. On the ship, I was able to get the mattress changed as I was sleeping in an uncomfortable long hollowed out area because of too many obese and very overweight people using the mattress before me. It was the same with the Belfast mattress. There was a 5" difference, my hand with spread fingers, between my sleeping trench and the center part of the mattress. The edges become broken down too. Just a suggestion. Tony would have fixed it I know but I just did not want to bother this hard-working guy who'd already changed my room while dealing with 400 visiting priests. "

"Great location within walking distance of many historical pubs. Belfast has become a place worth the visit. Not too bad for parking considering it is the city centre. Clean rooms. Wonderful, very helpful staff. 😊👍"
