"Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på Sin Nombre och kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell! Från det ögonblick vi kom fram blev vi bemötta med ett otroligt vänligt och professionellt bemötande. Hela personalen var genuint serviceinriktad, alltid hjälpsam och gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna och omhändertagna. "Staff were great, cleaners were really good, wifi was good but the actual villas themselves really required updating. We had broken floor tiles which they were aware but never fixed and cracked walls with some mould around different areas.. the mosquitoes were impossible to get rid off as nothing closed properly!! I’d say 3 star at the best!!"

IMO a villa with a private pool is always the way to go, we were not disappointed. Amazing staff everywhere and Happy Hour at the Standing Stones bar is not to be missed. "「高級リゾート」を期待すると違うけど、田舎の親戚の家に泊まりに来た感覚なら、半アウトドアのシャワーやお風呂、ちょっと古い水回り、海の家みたいなフロントも「まぁこれも味やな🤣」って思える。 何よりスタッフが人懐っこくて感じが良かった💕 朝のプールの水面のキラキラとプールに浮かぶプルメリアに、全てがなかった様に二重⭕️"

"The property is pretty centrally located. It’s a quick Grab (Uber) ride to the beach. There are a couple of western style supermarkets within a five or 10 minutes walk distance for essentials. Each room has its own refrigerator. The suite themselves are very spacious, with the living room upstairs and a very large bathroom downstairs. But the standout feature is the individual private pool for each suite. This is a very good deal for the price point."

"We stayed at Desa Potato Head and it truly exceeded every expectation. We originally booked the Sunrise Studio, but upon arrival we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Garden Suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the rest of our stay. What stood out most was how warm and genuine the service was. Every staff member we encountered, from the buggy driver to the pool staff to the reception team, was consistently welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special mention to Yogi, who assisted us throughout our stay and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we checked in until we checked out. His sincerity and attentiveness really made the experience feel personal. We also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. Upon check-in, we were given reusable tumblers to use throughout the stay since the hotel does not use single-use plastics, and we even got to bring them home. It’s such a thoughtful and meaningful touch that reflects their values. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool and were continually delighted by the small details, from complimentary jamu shots to fresh fruit and papaya or watermelon ice cream. These gestures may seem small, but they made us feel genuinely cared for and added so much warmth to the experience. Everything about the hotel—the atmosphere, design, energy, service, sustainability mindset, and people—made this stay incredibly memorable."
