Their Italian and Chinese restaurants are now pet-friendly so that we could bring our small dog with us for breakfast and dinner at the outdoor terrace seats and this is definitely a plus point. Overall our stay was very comfortable and the Palawan Brach is just mins away! "

"The main problem for this stay is renovation from nearby hotel rooms start as early as 9am in the morning, with hammering and drilling which is unacceptable to my standard It is really annoying and we dun expect early works in a hotel which is supposed to be quiet and comfy "

"Our stay at The Standard was wonderful. The staff were very lovely and welcoming and the hotel was clean and modern. We were given a gorgeous room with a great view too! Only downsides- it took an hour for a coffee to arrive to the room using the in room dining and it is not as close to Gardens By the Bay as Expedia says. It says 7 minutes on the hotel page but it takes at least 25 in a car. The location apart from that is good, it is near transport links and very close to the Orchard shopping...
