While Mandai may not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Singapore Zoo and River Safari.

While you're in Woodlands, take in top sights like Woodlands Checkpoint or Woodlands Town Garden, and hop on the metro to see more of the city at Woodlands North RTS Station or Woodlands Station.

While you're in Bukit Panjang, take in top sights like Bukit Timah Nature Reserve or Bukit Timah Trail, and hop on the metro to see more of the city at Bukit Panjang Station or Petir Station.

When in Sembawang and the surrounding area, you'll want to check out sights like Johor Bahru City Square or Johor Bahru Ferry Terminal and hop on the metro to see more of the city at Sembawang Station or Canberra Station.

While you're in Sungei Kadut, take in top sights like Singapore Turf Club and jump on the metro at Kranji Station to see more of the city.

Simpang might not have many top sights, but Waterway Point and Seletar Country Club are two attractions nearby that you can check out.
