"A little run down but hotel was exactly what we needed. Customer service was great, friendly team. Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and access to the light rail and trains and also a short walk to Darling Harbour. The cafe downstairs is amazing, top service and amazing coffee. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay was very good except the wifi was very, very bad. We had to use our own data the whole time. I hope they would improve their wifi connection for the guests. But that's a small issue, the rest was all great. The location is very convenient as well."

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."
