"We reserved a room with a king-sized bed and were given a room with two double beds. When I pointed out their mistake, the night manager said there was nothing he could do. All of the rooms with king-sized beds had issues with cooling, the temperature in the room was 80 degrees or more. No compensation, no alternative. Is this hotel really a Sheraton ?"

"The room was clean & cozy. It was on the small side, space wise, but for just two people or less, it felt cozy. We did not have washcloths or hand towels in our room so that would be the only negative comment I have at this time. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
