"I was given the wheelchair accessible room and the shower head was leaking with no water pressure. The heat did not work, the room was freezing. I was given a portable space heater because they didn’t have any vacant rooms. Besides those issues my overall experience was excellent."

"This hotel was FABULOUS! The view you see if the view you get! STUNNING magazine worthy view of the Brooklyn bridge. Almost kid free. The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Very clean room. "

"Wonderful and helpful staff, whenever i needed help there was always someone there. Room was clean didn’t need housekeeping my whole stay but still could get assistance when needed. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
