"Brilliant and very helpful staff, Cristina particularly so. Everyone seemed anxious to help and make things easy. Air con particularly cold and difficult to turn off but reception came to my rescue. Otherwise a great stay, very quiet and clean room, definitely would recommend staying there and so close to the NEC."

"I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years. It is very conveniently situated across the road from the airport terminal and a short journey to the NEC. I was disappointed on my most recent visit. After unpacking, I discovered there was no safe in the room. A receptionist came to check and offered me another room.
