"We stayed one night to get the express passes, beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, luggage services staff were quick and also lovely. Spent a few hours by the pool and the servers working there were amazing. Loved this hotel, wish we had booked another day or two, bed was very comfy too. "

"Fantastic Hotel and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and so were the poolside facilities (and bar staff). Restaurants and bar were also a high standard. The hotel was also very well located for both Universal and local points of interest. Only fault I could possibly state is that the parking should be discounted (if it cant be free) if you go to the theme park. The other guys (the ones with the mouse!!!) down the road provide free parking if you stay at their resort. "
