"I liked the staff they were all very nice and the hotel is very pretty. I will say my room smelled like a meat plate and I think it’s cause of the wall decor paneling in the room. Breakfast was okay, came down to eat an hour before breakfast ended and an hour after it opened, everything was pretty cold but still good with variety. 4 stars because of the room smell and a couple mosquitos were in my room and bit my face, not sure how they made it to my room on level 4 but hotel was pretty. "Clean, nice hotel just steps from Milano Centrale, ideal if you’re traveling by train. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and I enjoyed both drinks and dinner. Amenities are limited, though: the gym is tiny and gets crowded with only 3–4 people, and there’s no pool, sauna, or spa. Great for convenience and dining, less so if you want wellness facilities."
