"Staff at time of my check in was very friendly and co-operative. Room is nice and clean, we have electric kettle in room but no tea, milk or coffee so please get your own tea bags or coffee sachet with you otherwise there is plenty available around there. Location is brilliant and very close to many city attractions, plenty of shopping around and metro station in nearby. Lot of local street food is there in that area. "The furniture was in excellent condition, the bathroom spacious with constant hot water. I requested additional cleaning and it was done immediately. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the pastries and juice. The place truly deserves its high rating."

"Great customer service. The room was clean and all pictures are pretty much the same. The breakfast was amazing. The food at the lounge was good especially their signature burger and fairly priced. Location is great close to airport and a city star mall which was handy for the last day as Cairo can have very bad traffic. Overall really enjoyed my stay "
