The hotel room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom appointed. The hotel has good design and feels upscale despite the inexpensive price. We loved the eclectic restaurant and its patio seating option. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and nice place

We had just gone to stay for the night because we had an morning flight. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was big and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room. We had to order warm water from the kitchen and pay for it. The best part was the breakfast. We had requested for a vegetarian meal and they gave us freshly cooked and hot meal. The Falafel and Fries were very well cooked, fresh and crisp. It was very impressive. This place is a perfect stay if you need a layover before going to the airport.

It was 10 minutes by airport, use this property if you have early flight to catch next day. It was relatively cheap and clean. Breakfast was the best part of the hotel. We had huge problems with our flight cancellations trying to call Emirates, the front desk guy did not put energy for us despite of our desperation. But he gave us his phone to call the local number. It was a very stressful day for us and he didn’t seem to care. We asked for late check out, the rate till 0500pm is 25$.

Clean room, but rip-off at dinner. Rude staff

The hotel is nice looking from outside, and in a nice neighborhood close to the airport. Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. But our room safe was not attached to anything, and the staff could not help us. Another thing that turned us off was the dinner - we ordered from the menu, but we were charged DOUBLE for some of the items. When we pointed it out, the restaurant staff was rude, and initially wrote it off to the VAT Tax (which was separately charged). Then the manager said that the menu was updated that same day, with prices doubling for some dishes, I did not believe them at all, but there was nothing I could do, That episode of the hotel cheating us left a a very bad taste in our mouth. When you order anything at their restaurant, make sure of the prices of the dishes beforehand, or you may be ripped off like we were.
