The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant selections were varied, we ate at the Egyptian nights restaurant and it was very good. The main building (the palace) is very beautiful. It’s a great location, the staff were wonderful, and I felt very safe. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Simply AMAZING! Can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a former palace so the facade is very charming. The service was incredible from check in, room service, restaurant staff, and my favorite place the front lobby lounge. It is honestly a place where you can escape the bustling city of Cairo and still feel like you’re on vacation. Everything was reasonably priced and location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the great city of Cairo!

The entire staff goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Maria in the pink jacket! House keeping was great. Restaurants were nice. Pool attendants did a great job. A great property, but it’s dated. The facade is in the midst of a facelift as are the stores and hopefully the rooms will follow. The room was spotless, but dated. The garden and pool area were spectacular. There was a live band and then music playing in the evening which added to the ambience. Most staff spoke fluent English, but others couldn’t understand basic questions.
