"The staff was very nice, especially Mitchell. At times I felt they might have been short staffed. The mattress was too soft and my room was very noisy. Folks above me must have had children. I did not sleep the entire time. The location was great and I could walk to stores, and it was accessible to all of the places I needed to go. "

"Staff was great. Property seemed a little run down. While the room was clean, their were alot of imperfections on the doors and walls, like it hadn't been painted for 10 to 15 years. The little store didn't have a new coffee machine like other Sonseta's I've stayed at and wasn't properly stocked. I couldn't get a candy bar at 1 am because they had no candy bars! :-) Kinds nit picking but just slot of little things that made it just ok. Like the TVs were flat screens but were kinda small. "I didn't swim in pool much since it was small and lots of kids but not bad. Rooms were clean. I traveled with 4 kids ages from 5 through 10 and it was good. "

"The kitchenette had dishes and pans..prepared for cooking. There is a laundry room."

"Beds were not clean. Had hair, skin flakes and crumbs in them. Was moved to two seperate rooms with the same problems given the excuse that possibly the wshng machines werent cleaning properly. Very upsetting and was given no other options than to stay there for two nights. Staff was annoyed and rude at the issue as well. Will not go back"

"Has a hot tub in the room with you, breakfast and also nice, helpful front desk gentleman. The cleanliness was not up to par. It was terrible basically cleaned as I went along myself to make it accomodating for my birthday!! It was not too expensive at all and that was reasonable. They need to hire better housekeepers! "
