"We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. On check-out day, when we went to our room to pack our things and check out after breakfast, we found the maid cleaning out our room, disposing of personal items such as unopened jarred food in a shopping bag as well as a set of eyeglasses, which we promptly retrieved from the trash. Rooms should not be serviced until there is confirmation that guests have checked out. Otherwise, everything was in order."

"Our rooms showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The hotel seems to need renovation. The carpeting in our rooms has seen better days and emitted a disagreeable odor. The staff was friendly and courteous."

"The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "

"The staff was very accomidating, but the room was dirty. I did not have a stocked kitchen, I was told I could buy dishes. They then explained that they were a select suites. Therefore they do not supply all the ammenities as other hotels. I had no towels and had to request them. The kitchen sink was dirty and had dried food in it. The bath tub was dirty. Thank God I brought shower shoes. The kitchen floor was filthy, and sticky. The carpet need a really good cleaning, including stain removal and...

"Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere."

"This hotel is a chaos. There are people who have not even rented rooms are coming from almost all doors and it is crowded with all kinds of noises and people. There is security risk to life of residence at the hotel. I had informed the GM John so many times and he didnt do nothing about it. it is not only me who complained right after me there were 6 guests who had similar complains. We were there for 5 days and it felt like a nightmare"

"This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Main thing the Room wasn’t really clean but lobby and everything was really clean,also side entrance by the pool every where was dog poop some nasty people didn’t clean up after there dog, Breakfast was okay"
