"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. On check-out day, when we went to our room to pack our things and check out after breakfast, we found the maid cleaning out our room, disposing of personal items such as unopened jarred food in a shopping bag as well as a set of eyeglasses, which we promptly retrieved from the trash. Rooms should not be serviced until there is confirmation that guests have checked out. Otherwise, everything was in order."

But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "

"This hotel is a chaos. There are people who have not even rented rooms are coming from almost all doors and it is crowded with all kinds of noises and people. There is security risk to life of residence at the hotel. I had informed the GM John so many times and he didnt do nothing about it. it is not only me who complained right after me there were 6 guests who had similar complains. We were there for 5 days and it felt like a nightmare"

Although the hotel was not fully booked they would not change the room, although I had booked for a standard room.
