Breakfast would’ve been quicker with more waffle makers. Bed was nice but could use two more pillows. Two sets of towels for each guest initially would be better as well. Very clean hotel.

Family Day at GM

My husband and I came to town for Family Day at GM. Our stay here was perfect! Close to the tech center, very clean, smelled amazing, beds and pillows were fine. Breakfast was really good and our total price through Hotels.com was very reasonable.

Excellent hotel!!!

Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel! Clean and friendly staff. Excellent location for us!! Breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. We would definitely stay again. Only downfall was the pool was a pretty small but we will still had fun in it!!

Upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The desk help was working their other property which was next door. While we tried to check in and they were unable to accommodate the type of room I had booked. Once they had found another room, when we went to the room we found it still dirty. We returned to the desk and informed them. Instead of assigning another room, they made us go back to the room to look it over with them. The bedding was dirty, the room had an odor, and there was tape and other things hanging from the ceiling. Instead of moving us, they wanted to just clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The staff was very unhappy that we had brought that to their attention.
