"I requested the Sphinx view from my room and I got it. Everyone at the hotel did a great job making my stay there a very pleasant one and I truly appreciate it. The rooftop is a great place to hangout at night with the awesome view of the pyramids. They also offer free tea coffee and water. The view from my। room was simply out of the world but I don't think it's going to last long. There's a construction going on and I can tell that it's going to block the views. It took two phone calls followed by two visits to the front desk when no one showed up as promised to fix it after an hour and then even more time after that to get the wifi to work. We were given two hand towels instead of bath towels and no shampoo, with the discovery coming late at night and, with little hope it would be addressed quickly based on the response to the wifi issue, we didn't bother...
