"The best part of this hotel is that every member of the management team greets you with a smile, making you feel truly welcome. Initially, we were a bit uncomfortable with the given room due to the closed window, but once we reported it, the management team immediately upgraded us to a much better room free of charge. One important note: compared to European cleanliness standards I will rate 7 out of 10. Overall, every service they provided was amazing."

"This was a really nice hotel, especially given the price. It made it an incredible value in my opinion. The rooms were really nice and the Egyptian theme to the hotel and rooms were a really nice touch, especially when you arrive into Egypt for the first time. The location is also incredibly convenient now, given the new arrangements of the Pyramid complex, because the Pyramid Complex exit is 50 meters from the hotel. This has positives and negatives because it also means the nearby stores are all tourist trap stores and not local stores or restaurants. Luckily though, this hotel's top floor is one of the trendiest and nicest restaurants in Giza, so you don't need to go very far at all to get a good meal. We ate here once for dinner and the food was excellent, though expensive even by USA standards. I also need to mention the airport pickup when we arrived, which didn't go well. They were 45 minutes late and I felt stranded at the airport deciding whether to keep waiting or deal with the airport taxi/uber scammers. Overall, I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone when they come to Giza."

"What a beautiful blessing to stay at the Best View Pyramids Hotel . I was a Solo Traveler from New York City. I felt at home away from home, safe and secure.. The staff here is so kind and so accommodating. My room was modest and lovely. I really appreciated that on the rooftop I could see the Pyramids and the Pyramid Light Show. The Rooftop is also a wonderful location for Meditation and Spiritual musings. Best View Pyramids Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. They have restaurant here. And oh my goodness, they have tours to go to the pyramids, a dinner cruise, to ride the Falucca at sunset and so much more! For a fee they can make arrangements for airport departure I highly recommend Best View Pyramids Hotel. In addition to the staff I must say the owner Adam is so very gracious. "
