The room itself was good, but there was a terrible smell, so we had to be moved to another room. Breakfast was good, and the servers were friendly and helpful. Be cautious about the “free” airport shuttle when booking—this is only available if you book four consecutive nights. This condition is not clearly advertised during booking; instead, the hotel sends a separate email after the reservation is made.
Ahmer was very helpful and arranged two day tours for us, as well as the airport shuttle. The first day tour was excellent—the guide, Ibrahim (the younger one), was amazing and showed us everything he could. However, the second day’s guide, also named Ibrahim (the middle-aged one), seemed disengaged, had limited knowledge of the sites, and tried to finish by 3 p.m. even though we still had two and a half hours left. He spent much of the time sleeping or on his phone
