Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Malta who doesn’t want to be in the heart of Valetta old town. "

"We loved the hotel & the central location. It’s on a very busy street that’s full of restaurants and bars. There’s loud music that is muted by the doors and windows except Friday night when we could hear a little music, but it was fine. Every employee we had contact with was helpful & very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
