"Staff ultra professional and friendly"

"Wonderful stay at this 18-room boutique hotel. The staff was great and everyone was so friendly. We had numerous conversations with the Assistant Manager Mane and the Manager as well as all of the other staff persons. The hotel has a great location and the rooms felt luxurious. We stayed 7 nights which is a leisurely way to visit Valletta and Gozo. They provide a free wine nightly for hotel guests on their lovely rooftop terrace. "

There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. "The room had everything we needed and was very spacious. The hotel itself has a snack time from 4-5pm where they serve cake and 6-8pm where they serve free local wines. There’s a rooftop and a brilliant view to sit and relax with a wine. Very thoughtful."

"This hotel is ideally located in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the centre of Valetta. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool and terrace were a lovely bonus. We had a lovely time."

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

Room was quiet sheets on the bed were poor quality and pretty rough. Shower door at the bottom was very dirty. The worst thing at this hotel was they limit the A/C temp to 22 Celsius. "We had a sea view room on the eighth floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was exactly as you would expect with a very extensive buffet selection and eggs on order. The waiting staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room package (Lush?) gave us access to The Living Room (think airport lounge) which is an unusual concept for a hotel I think. "Very clean, nicely decorated, modern room. Great breakfast, variety of hot and cold choices. Sadly no bar, or mini bar in the fridge but bottled water supplied daily, together with tea and coffee making facilities. Overall a lovely boutique hotel in a great location."

"Really liked the location. The cruise ship types can have Valletta, the 20 something’s can have Sliema. For those who want something more interesting the Bormla/Cospicua neighborhood has a real ‚you are there vibe‘. It is also a short water taxi ride to Valletta and is on the bus lines if you want to explore other parts of the island. "Amazing location right next to Sliema Ferry station with a breathtaking view of Valletta. The apartment was well-equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We got access to an outdoor pool at Manta Beach Club just across the street, which was also quite nice, even though we could not use it due to the weather. I would definitely recommend this place and would return any time."

"The property was well located for transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The only issue i had in the room was the shower head was placed a bit too low. The arrivals and departures was easy with the codes. There was an issue one night when my phone died and so i struggled to get in. Overall i had a very nice stay here. "
