"Really lovely boutique rooms, warm and helpful staff, great breakfast and wonderful views from the roof terrace. Right in the heart of Valletta, so lots of dining options nearby. We had a really enjoyable stay"
"Had a lovely stay in August 2025. Every staff member I spoke with over the course of my stay was friendly, polite and super helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
"We really enjoyed everything about Domus Zamittello. The location was great. The staff was beyond helpful and the property itself was fantastic. Would highly recommend."
"Great location for walking to all of the interesting sights. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our inquiries. Valletta is a charming old town with lots of good food and sights. "
"Interesting structure but small spaces, especially the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures should be replaced due to wear. The noise from a manhole cover caused by cars passing on the street is annoying, as is the unpleasant odor in the evenings. However, the structure and location are appealing; a pleasant holiday."
"This hotel is full of character, in a very convenient position just a few paces from the buzz of Central Valletta and the staff were always on hand and very helpful. Breakfast options were good too. "
"I had a wonderful stay with Maureen and the team. They are very friendly and Maureen so helpful. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Malta, and will be recommending to anyone travelling. "

"Lovely hotel rooms very big and quiet massive bed. Staff very helpful.
Lovely large roof top pool overlooking bay the only negative is the sun loungers get fully taken in the mornings but usually able to get one in the afternoons, it was noted that some beds have towels placed on them but you dont see anyone using them. Pool towels are supplied when you go to the pool.
You cant take your own drinks to pool as theres a bar and you're expected to buy from them.
The only negative is it's new hotel and advertised indoor pool which is one of the reasons i booked this hotel, unfortunately this was not open and they had no idea when it would be ready.
Plenty of eateries and shops in walking distance and brilliant bus services running regularly at bottom of street on the main road a few minutes walk.to bottom of street."
"Excellent breakfast (although the musak could be maddening). Always helpful staff. We enjoyed our Maltese balcony - once we had worked out how to prop the windows open. East to get to the centre although up a steep road. If you want flat, Valetta is not for you. Thoroughly enjoyable stay."
"Great hotel
Ideally situated in the middle of Valetta for sightseeing, restaurants and bars
Spotlessly clean. Great selection for breakfast and great service
Friendly welcome at check in time
