"The unit was great. Clean and well maintained. Sonoran Suites, however, was not very good in communication. I had to contact them to find out if they received the required up-front information. When we arrived, the TV and wi-fi were not working. I called and left a message and never received a call back. I left an initial review on Hotels.com about the disappointment in the lack of wi-fi which received a response saying it would be taken care of directly. Never happened. We wanted the...
