"I liked the area for mountain views and restaurants, stores nearby, and breakfast offered. However, the images posted online do not match on-site upon arrival. The lobby has old furniture, smells musty, paint chipping away on ceiling. "Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a strong sewer-like odor throughout my visit, which significantly affected my comfort. When I reported the issue, the resolution process was frustrating and time-consuming. I had to speak with three different staff members before a satisfactory solution was provided.
