"The Bisbee Brownstone was truly great. Immaculate, pristine which is huge to me, the bed linens were of high quality as were the towels (which we had plenty of). The decor was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cookware. The hotel guest only roof top patio was an added luxury. I look forward to returning!"

Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd...

"We really enjoyed staying at Karsten Maricopa! We will be back! Pros: easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, fast internet, quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, nice backyard with pool to sit in the sun. Cons: shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, lights in the main bathroom flicker and one light bulb is out "

"Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...
